Anybody else watching this?

I might follow this show..looks like it might be a turdball though...

That Michael needs to stfu! Bitch cannot even paint!
That winning room SUCKED! $50,000.00 and you get what looks like a kids room on acid? Chalkboard..giant pepper and a stupid swing over what really looks like a sandbox..in the floor? Zen garden my ass! Good thing they provided that stupid rake so they can use it to pick out the shit once the kitty(or Alexis) starts using it as a litterbox. Can you imagine tracking sand all over your house? Stupid!!!!

What is up with all of the puke green colors in some of the other rooms anyway? YECH!

I like Goil(as in Gargoyle)lol

Todd Oldham is quite possibly one of the most boring mechanical hosts ever. He sounds like hes constantly reading from a cue card. He's right up there with Katie Lee Joel from Top Chef 1.

I was not impressed with this show. I also thought the winning design sucked. Nothing gripped me to watch again.

Michael, or the "gay version of Ralphie from A Christmas Story," needs to get a grip. He annoys the piss out of me. "I don't think the designer is actually doing the work." Bullshit. He think's he's so worldly because he's from NY, then get some new damn glasses.

My irratation at Michael is not compelling for me to watch it again.

I don't understand why Todd Oldham keeps using that gameshow announcer voice. Its irritating. And with all his money don't you think he could get that crooktooth fixed? Bring back Runway!

I'll probably watch it but yeah it was a bit boring, but i love todd oldham; i used to watch him on mtv back in the 90's on that cindy crawford show and i still remember him taking an old man's suit shirt and putting pomogranite stains on it then cutting it up and saying it was a new cool way to wear it!

still i thought he was the coolest and i wanted to be just like him!

These shows make Interior Design into some sort of a joke - they're practically offensive to me.

They should call it 'Top Closet Decorator'

well this show made me realize that i could never be an interior designer b/c i see now how hard it really is; whereas before i thought it was a joke

sorry to say, but thats really how i felt - i saw it as something that bored housewives take up to kill time and $, but now i see its actually an art and you can be given all the $ in the world to decorate a place; but it still may come out looking like crap!

Im trying to stick with this show but Im slowly losing interest. I can not stand those judges. They seems so "uppity" and with attitude "Im better than you darling". They may be top in their field but come on most designers dont have one day or like 12 hours to do one room. I know I heard my Aunt go on and on about how long it took for her bedroom to done. Not just physically done but for the designer to come up with the concept.
I just cant stand also how these contestants keep bowing or curtsie to Todd or the judges. I know alot of it has to do with editing.
John is something else, much calmer this episode but the "Ralphie" really rubs me the wrong way. I dont know what it is.

Liked John, sorry he had to go. Despise Michael and the female "Elle Decor" judge is a total bitch. I am just ok with TO... and JA as a judge..well he seems to be growing on me a little..I do not hate him as much as the other judges anyway. STUPID challenge~! And an 'Asian theme room' gets you kicked off..but a 'Pirate them room" gives you the win? Weird strange judging. I like all of the female contestants at least..and Goil is really charming and cute. so I guess I will root for Goil(since the designs do not really seem to matter given the shitty judging) and if he goes I will choose one of the females to win..although they all seem pretty cool so it will be hard to choose a favorite from them at this point anyway.

*Goil was so damn cute when he hid in his little space..LOL.

Actually since Jeffrey(ugh!) won PR..and Ilan(spits in disgust) won Top Chef..I want a woman to win this thing!!!! Uli was robbed and there needs to be some revenge!!!!!

I thought the pirate room was way cool for a kid. My 8 yr old would have loved it.

I personally loved the concept of Goil's room, just not the white. Shuddering at the thought of what a ten yr old boy's room in that much white will look like in a month.

And even though the judges thought it was a tad too grown-up, I loved the "Hollywood" room for the little girl who was an actress. And it appeared she did too.

I liked the pirate room..but then I thought that they would be sick of it within six months..but then I thought again so what? Anyone who could pay thousands of $$$$ for a designer for their kids room would probably just have it redesigned when the kid got sick of it anyway, so it did not matter. so it was a good room.

I wanted to slap that one design student..the "I would shoot myself if I had to live here' one. What a bitch. I would shoot you if I had to design a room for ya you twunt. That room was not the worst. Stupid bint. Glad cutie Goil is still in. Ryan's room..???? wtf??? Looked like something Manson would have liked.
