I'm open to everything. When you start to criticise the times you live in, your time is over. - Karl Lagerfeld
Hotel Artemis - with Jodie Foster, Dave Bautista, Jenny Slate, Jeff Goldblum, Sofia Boutella, and Zachary Quinto.
Basically, in the near future, Jodie Foster is the proprietor of an advanced-but under-staffed hospital for criminals. Very quirky movie with eclectic cast. Foster is terrific and reminds me that I'm getting older. Bautista is also great and understated. It's funny to see Quinto playing somebody who is kind of a dope for a change, LOL.
I only signed to say I'm watching "Class" right now. Like the best movie ever. Why do I never see Andrew McCarthy? He aged like a fine wine. Bisset was the hottest bad girl Mom ever. Bye.

I loved “Hotel Artemis!”
Chalet, think it is because he has a rep of being somewhat of an odd duck.
Watched “Dark Phoenix” on the plane today. It has gotten panned, but I liked it.
When in Rome...only because I used to love Josh Duhamel.

I never knew much about him, I just thought he was selective lol
Those pretty or sweet/lite guys as I call them from the 80s - Rob Lowe, McCarthy, Eric Stoltz, Robert Downey Jr. and all the other's I'm missing, they were cute and appealing young men. Not grown men of course but they matured nicely. I still don't think of them as men - you know what I mean? Maybe that doesn't make sense. They are all pretty short too. My guy is Matt Dillon from those days, always and forever. Funny how they seemed so much younger than me but they are only a couple of years younger than me.

A number of these guys aged pretty well - Lowe, McCarthy, Downey, Dillon, and even Stoltz. Downey has had a great career, but I think that Dillon's has been as good -- just as versatile in serious and comedic roles as Downey. I was just watching part of Dillon's really controversial movie "The House that Jack Built" last week. He will play anybody.
Also, I thought James Spader's majestic head of hair would never disappear, and now I wonder if it were ever real in the first place.![]()
The Uninvited
Emily Browning, David Strathairn, and Elizabeth Banks.
Really good thriller! Surprise ending.
Before you can judge a man, walk a mile in his shoes. After that, who cares? He's a mile away and you've got his shoes. - Billy Connolly
Slow West with Michael Fassbender. Really good Western without most of the cliches.
'I had to get rid of the kid. The cat was allergic.'
Joker.
The Mr. LOVED it. I liked it. Joaquin is amazeballs. It's an origin story which I love but it got a bit long for me... I guess I got impatient to see the Joker! I'll say this, when he emerges, it's awesome. Joaquin manages to make him terrifying and a bit sexy. They better do a sequel.
if you're so incensed that you can't fly your penis in public take it up with your state, arrange a nude protest, go and be the rosa parks of cocks or something - witchcurlgirl
El Camino. Kind of underwhelming. It was okay, but not even close to Breaking Bad good.

Invasion Of The Body Snatchers - 1956
Kevin McCarthy was so handsome in this!
Banana Splits on SciFi. The characters are now evil and kill. I’m the only person that has never heard or watched this show from the 70’s by Hanna-Barbera.
See, Whores, we are good for something. Love, Florida
