Unhappy CNN's "Glen Campbell: I'll Be Me"

Did anyone watch this Sunday night? I hope they re-air it! It was so good. Keep tissues handy though.

Filmmaker James Keach's 2014 documentary "Glen Campbell: I'll Be Me" earned critical praise on the film festival circuit. At 8 p.m. Sunday, "I'll Be Me" will make its television debut on CNN with limited commercial interruption.
Keach's poignant film follows Campbell, a Country Music Hall of Famer and member of legendary studio musician collective the Wrecking Crew, as he embarks on his "Goodbye Tour" after his Alzheimer's diagnosis. In addition to Campbell and his family, the documentary also features Bruce Springsteen, Brad Paisley, Keith Urban and The Edge (U2), among others.
The soundtrack for "I'll Be Me" features Campbell's final recording, the Oscar-nominated "I'm Not Gonna Miss You," and "Remembering," by daughter Ashley Campbell, who is releasing a re-recorded version of her song as a single on Monday.

They were both junkies at that time. She did a lot of cocaine parties with Andy Gibb, too.

Yeah. They both look pretty rough in this pic:

Here's the link to the archived article in People magazine from 1981 about their relationship:

And here's a classic quote from the article:

"Part of Glen's continuing appeal, Tanya admits, is his resemblance to her father"

    That was tough to watch.

I felt anxiety for everyone around him. Such a shame.

He was so very talented. I saw him years ago, and you could tell something was going on, but the way he played that guitar was amazing.
