Miss Universe 2006
I'm picking Miss Japan.
Others might be, Canada, Brazil, Ethiopia, Trinidad, USA, Paraguay, Bolivia, Mexico.
Carson from Queer Eye said they must have eaten Tic Tacs and water all week.
The Donald is in the front row drooling.

It's not on here yet. That sounds like my kind of diet, only I can't afford cocaine and champagne to go with it.

I won't say another word, except that I'm good! I picked 8 out of the 10.

Re: Miss Universe 2006
The Aussie press naturally thinks that Miss Australia will win again this year. Not that they are biased. I can't remember either girl's name but they both look EXACTLY the same.

Re: Miss Universe 2006
I just watched the very first part, where they showed their costumes. Some of them went all out, but a few just seemed to be wearing plain dresses.
The one that looked like a red butterfly was just lovely. I think she was from somewhere in Africa. She should win some kind of prize.

I see the standard generic plastic fembot won - name irrelevant. Sigh.

Re: Miss Universe 2006
Hey, I have a friend named Zuleika...I'm shocked this new Miss Universe is named Zuleyka also, because that name is so rare. This girl reminds me of Prince's ex-wife, Mayte Garcia (and she was Puerto Rican too). She looks just like her. After Mayte divorced Prince, she dated Tommy Lee for a while.

Re: Miss Universe 2006
I thought that the evening gown Miss USA wore looked the best on stage. That was the gown that was designed for her as a challenge on Project Runway.
Miss Puerto Rico's dress was damn near obscene. A friend thought he saw a nipple peeking out at one point.

That would be Trinidad and Tobago... I loved it! Besides that, I liked Miss Egypt's and Miss Japan's the best as well.

I have to disagree. Miss USA could barely walk in that dress and was just NOT elegant enough. As for Miss Puerto Rico's dress, I absolutely LOVED it.
Anyway, I was rooting for either Miss Puerto Rico or Miss Japan. I'm Brazilian, but Miss Brazil was just downright fugly. Just walk a few blocks here in my city and you'll find at least one or two girls waaaaaaaaay prettier on the street.

Re: Miss Universe 2006
Why was Miss USA wearing a riding outfit. It was so stupid. Anyone see CArson Cresley (sp?). He looked just like Mr Burns from the Simpsons. I was waiting for him to say "Excellent!!!"
