I don't really remember McCloud very well, but it's a running gag on MST3K, so it always makes me laugh when I hear it.
I remember McCloud very well. It was one of the original "fish out of water" tv shows - where the main character looks like they were transplanted into another time and place. And as a result, McCloud is always getting heat from his more traditional boss. Ironically, as much as I remember the show, I remember Dennis Weaver, as a celebrity, even more. He was one of the first, major celebs pushing eco causes. And lived it like he preached it. I think his house was made out of recyclable materials or something. Also, he was married to the same woman for 60 years -- imagine pulling that off anywhere, much less Hollywood.

I have just discovered uncut commercial free episodes of Columbo on Youtube. They are extremely high resolution too. I'm streaming one on my tv right now. There are 6 or 7 of them.

Iím watching Kojak right now on COZI TV. It originally ran from 1973-1978 and for that time, it was pretty gritty and well scripted with multi layered storylines.

    Tellly Savalas was awesome!

I just watched that and I'm laughing like a moron.
I was WAITING for someone to mention Randy Mantooth.

Starsky and Hutch! Little did I know I'd become friends with Richard Lynch who was on it a handful of times. Listen, anything that started with "A Quinn Martin Production" had me.

STREETS OF SAN FRANCISCO. I still remember when Michael's then girlfriend, Brenda Vaccaro, was on Streets. They were a hot couple.

I needed my leading men to be cute . I did watch Mannix because I adored Gail Fisher as his secretary. I always watched Barretta and Petrocelli. I liked Barry Newman because he used to go the same italian restaurant that my Dad and I went to.

I did not get into the Mantooth love. He spent a lot of time on the covers of my 16 and TigerBeat magazines. He wasn't usually thee cover guy, he was a little off to the side guy.

Mike Connors (as Mannix!) was my very first crush. I think I was five. He as hot as hell in his plaid sportcoat and sexy car. And that coif! *swoon*
