Paging Lynnie . . .
I swear they should cast her in this thing. She'd steal the show.

ABSOLUTELY Fabulous star Jennifer Saunders says she hopes to start filming a big screen version of the show next year.
The actor/comedian - who plays champagne-swigging PR agent Edina Monsoon - is hopeful all the cast can get together then.
"We might make a film next year," she said.
"It's so hard to get everybody together for that amount of time, but hopefully ... "
The star, who picked up a TV Bafta for her performance in the show, said it was not difficult getting back into character as Eddy for the Christmas special.
"She's such a part of me anyway that actually its hard to shake her off," she said.

OK, I can't sing, I can't act, I'm dumb, I'm a hillbilly, but I can twerk, so whatever.-Miley Cyrus
I have never seen the show (I'm in the US and don't normally watch BBC), but I always recognize Lynnie's avatar. Is it that good and if so, where would I find it?
You can buy it on DVD. I quite like it, but Lynnie is a fantard!
Amazon.com: Absolutely Fabulous: Complete Series 1: Julia Sawalha, Jane Horrocks, Jennifer Saunders, Joanna Lumley, June Whitfield, Dawn French: Movies & TV
Absolute Fantard (both the vodka AND the series)!! BBC America (if you are in the USA) shows the reruns on a fairly consistent basis--as does LOGO. The complaint I would have about watching it this way, would be that the episodes wouldn't necessarily be in order---and sometimes that makes a big difference. Not sure its on NetFlix---it doesn't ring a bell (I have NetFlix).
But there are certainly ways to watch---from start to finish would be my recommendation if at all possible. Just not sure where to point you to do it, other than borrow the box set if possible(from Library) or buy it (but that would be a tad expensive I believe?) And laugh your arse off.
Truly a brilliantly written (!!!!!) and acted show---a tad over the top sometimes, but that just adds to the charm imho.
Give a whirl regardless. If you hate it, and its not for everyone, then at least you tried! Have fun!
I have streaming movies through my Amazon Prime membership, so I'll check there. I think Comcast has the BBC channel on their OnDemand, so I might find it there too. I can also check NetFlix, but we dropped our DVD mail swap thing when they doubled their rates, so I can watch only streaming video from that (the selection is much more limited) ... but I'll still check, ya never know! Thank you!!
I hope they do make a movie.
