    Cool Smash

OK, who's planning on watching? NBC's been pushing this one big-time!

If it's any good, NBC will move it around, leave weeks or months between airing episodes and then cancel/fail to renew it. Pushing a program just doesn't sound like them.
As Canadian as possible under the circumstances

I already watched the 1st episode and LOVE it. (It's been on Hulu for a few weeks.)The talent is great and they do a nice job of showing the life from the perspective of the writers, performers, producers, etc. I am looking forward to seeing how it develops.

I have no interest in a Fame remake.

It's not a Fame remake. The closest thing it is similar to is the Canduan show Slings and Arrows about a theater company putting on Shakespearian plays (a young Rachel McAdams was in that).

I love Kat's voice, but Megan Hilty has the better moves.

I was looking forward to it premiering, just so the damn promos would stop.

What is "Canduan"? Did you mean "Canadian"?

I watched about 5 minutes of it and promptly fell asleep thanks to the Nyquil I took.

I lost any interest I may have had in this when Debra Messing her sleazy costar started flaunting their affair in an attempt to drum up press.

Where has she been flaunting her affair and what does that have to do with anything? She and her husband are divorcing so who she is seeing now should be of no concern to anyone.

    Cool

NBC re-aired it last night so I got to watch the entire episode. I actually am liking Debra Messing in this. I think this role will free her from her annoying "Grace Adler" persona.
