Project Runway Season 9; who's watching?

I've gotten back into Project Runway lately since they've been having marathons building up to tonight's season 9 premiere. This season's cast looks good. Bert is my early favorite. He's 57 and had gone to design school back in the 70s. He lost his partner and some friends, fell into alcohol to deal, and quit designing for years. This is his second chance and the man is so talented.

There are some other talents in the bunch and some bitchy personalities. I'm eager to see how they develop over the season.

Anyone else watching?

Of course the Kentucky dude did not make the cut. Now I am rooting for Anya and Bert! Love this show!

One-ball obviously thinks a lot of himself. His designs aren't THAT great. Anya's was really cool; I'm wondering how long it will take for her lack of experience to catch up, though

I really loved Bert's dress and I like the idea of him, but I'm not sure how I'm going to feel as I 'get to know him.'

I'm afraid that poor boy who was put out first is going to go off himself

His outfit was pretty horrid, though. I am sad that he thought it was anything but hideous.

I'll be watching. I love PR and I thought last night's challenge was great. I already don't like the "I'm in the wrong place" girl and don't think I'm going to like the one who had the clown puking rainbows on her dress because she reminds me of one of the contestants on "Work of Art" who I didn't like -- shallow reason, I know.

So happy the "old guy" won -- I thought his dress was adorable!

Well, crap. I've missed all but the last 15 minutes of PR. I guess I'll see who wins and then go back and catch the re-run later. From what I can tell, the fashion looks interesting this ep. Strange materials, but I can't tell what they are or what the theme is.
