Default Ed Harris transforms into John McCain for ‘Game Change’

Ed Harris transforms into John McCain for ‘Game Change’ - Yahoo! News

At first glance, Ed Harris seemed to be an odd choice to play John McCain in HBO's upcoming adaptation of the 2008 campaign tell-all "Game Change." But Entertainment Weekly's James Hubbard got the first photo of the actor in full McCain make-up, and the resemblance is more than a bit uncanny.

The movie, which is currently being shot in Maryland, is set for release next year. The real-life McCain and Palin have publicly said they have no plans to watch the film, which is unlikely to portray the 2008 GOP presidential ticket in a positive light.

Absolutely LOVE Ed Harris. That's a pretty amazing make-up job.

My wife loves Ed Harris, too, although I doubt she would be into this particular version.

No, I can't imagine that version gets the girlie parts revved up. But he is generally a very fine man to look at.

Also, a guy who is still with his wife of 27 years. Amazing longevity for someone in Hollywood.

Awesome - I loves me some Ed Harris too. Ever since "Right Stuff", which I watch every time it's on. Remarkable transformation.

I do like him on film, though he's a massive asshole IRL.

I absolutely LOVE Ed Harris---I mean, in everything he's ever done. But have heard he's an absolute JACKASS of epic proportions! Which is sooo disappointing. Cuz damn, he is one sexy guy...and a hell of an actor.

I cannot WAIT to see this.

Confirmed by my friend who worked on The Way Back with Colin Farrell and Ed. He said Colin was a great guy and Ed was not.
