Who loves this show? Who's incredibly pissed that this could be its last season? *raises hand on both counts*

The Shield is my new Oz - so addicting! Though I hate Forest Whitaker and his stink eye ruining things this season.

All right, since no one else has my fabulous

taste in shows, I am just going to have to talk about this show by myself...

- "Gee MP, wasn't last night's show great?"

- "Yeah MP, I loved seeing Cavanaugh and Acevedo make asses out of themselves."

- "What do you think is going to happen to Lem?"

- "I don't know, but I always wonder what Ronnie's deal is - it's the fifth season and you know nothing about his character."

Come on, I'm dyin' over here!

We are new to the show, too, but have missed the last few episodes...I told hubby when we first started watching it-that Mackey(sp) is a mean ass fucker!!!
Kinda looks like it could be the last season...guess we will have to get the others on DVD...

I don't see The Shield as beefy or brash. Maybe because I grew up watching him on The Commish where he was neither. On that show, he was just a jolly, little chub.

Definitely rent them, the series is terrific!

Wow I am a huge fan of the show..and the finale..was just really tragic..I couldn't help but to cry..and I just couldn't get over that Shane killed Lem.. I really don't think it was just Shane trying to protect himself, but the rest of the strike team, and Lem in a way...I knew Lem was gonna die but now like this.

I'm really sad about this finale..I guess it is returning for season 7. I will be so happy if kavanauh shows up is killed next season.

^ Me too! I hate Forrest Whitaker and his stink eye. I was upset by the ending too. I had heard that two main characters were going to bite the dust so I was prepared for something, but not this! Shane's the worst of them all, he's been a screw-up since Season One.
