Default The Fockers are back - "Little Fockers" Trailer

The first two movies were a huge success, so it was almost inevitable that the Fockers franchise would return for a third outing. This time the families get together at Christmas with Greg 'Gaylord' Focker (Ben Stiller) hosting his in-laws Jack and Dina Byrnes at his home. And, of course, the Fockers have two children - hence the film's title, Little Fockers.
Robert De Niro returns to his pivotal role as the stern ex-CIA father-in-law of Stiller's character, while the remainder of the cast from the first two movies are also back - except Dustin Hoffman, who is replaced by Harvey Keitel as Stiller's father. Joining the actors are Jessica Alba and Laura Dern.
Jay Roach, who helmed the first two films, has passed on the mantle to American Pie co-director Paul Weitz - and his influence is clear to see.
With a December release scheduled, the film's latest trailer has been posted on the internet giving fans a taster of what to expect when it hits the big screen.

The Fockers are back: Greg (Ben Stiller) offers his father-in-law Jack (Robert De Niro) the honour of cutting the turkey

Shock: Greg's wife Pam is splattered with blood after he apparently cuts himself instead of the Christmas turkey

All grown up: The 'little Fockers' watch their father appear to cut himself at the dinner table

In the trailer we see Jack heading to Greg's home for Christmas, before the turkey is presented at the dinner table.
Unsurprisingly, after offering his father-in-law the honour of cutting the turkey, Greg manages to create a hysterical scene where he cuts himself, spraying his guests with blood.
Next follows the familiar 'I'm watching you' warning from De Niro's character, to which replies 'Well, I'm watching you, too'.

Warning: Jack gives his oh so familiar hand signal to Greg indicating that he knows his son-in-law is up to no good

I'm watching you too: Greg returns the hand signal to his father-in-law

In the next scene Jessica Alba's character is telling Greg that he must promote a male erectile dysfunction drug.
Finding himself strapped for cash, Greg has started moonlighting for a drug company, behind the backs of his family.
But, with a trailerload of the drug in his home, and an ever-suspicious father-in-law, inevitably Greg's stash is discovered by Jack, who questions him about the drug.

Drug ambassador: Jessica Alba's character informs Greg that he will be promoting an erectile dysfunction drug

Nabbed: Robert De Niro's character discovers Sustengo - the impotence drug

Before we know it, it turns out Jack has sampled the drug himself and sports the obvious results - which Greg states will last for four hours.
Refusing to go to hospital for an injection, Jack asks Greg to 'stick him' i.e. inject him at home.
But, while administering the jab, Greg's son walks in midway through.

Go for it: Greg prepares to inject his father-in-law after he mistakenly took some of the Sustengo

Screams: Greg's shocked son walks in on the pair

Why did Dustin Hoffman pass on this? I don't want to see a new dad...

I liked the first two movies, but enough is enough. Dustin Hoffman was smart to pass this up. And Jessica Alba is in it, so that's reason enough to avoid it.

I cant believe there's going to be another Fockers movie! I still dont know if Im excited or disappointed! What I do know is that if Dustin Hoffman passed on this, there might have been a reason to this, and if so I dont feel like finding out... >.<

Stiller is THE most annoying little twit in the history of cinema. How he gets work is beyond me. He STINKS.

It's sad when the likes of DeNiro, Streisand and, until he quit, Hoffman
stooped to Stiller's level by appearing in his movies.
It's painful, considering each of them has done so much better work
in the past (sure, they had their share of stinkers, too, but Stiller's
movies are just infantile). And "funny" DeNiro just never was a hit for me.

Doesn't he have his own production company? So that might explain it, but I like him...
