Starts March 8th on Bravo! From the Project Runway producers so it should be good!

I liked Hells Kitchen even though it got a little cheesy and that PBS reality chef show with Todd English(swooon!) and Ming Tsai.

Billy Joels wife will serve as host.

The judges are Tom Colicchio (awesome!!) and Gail Simmons so they have judges with major cred.

I was looking through the chef bios and there's some strong contenders too.

Not sure all that qualifies to be a Top Chef but she and I think alike

One of the contestants is Jayzee and Beyonce's personal chef.

I don't like Tiffani based on her profile. She's already annoying. Maybe I'll like her on the show.

I dunno about self taught mom Lisa either. She didn't go to culinary school which is no biggie and she teaches some cooking classes. Owning a restaurant is a lot more than being a good cook.

And-one huge complaint of my SIL-who is married to my brother the chef-you can kiss spending time with your family goodbye.

Steven needs to die! I want to gut him with a corkscrew. What an arrogant bastard. Tiffani was a real bitch this last episode too. Talking to the judges like that? WTF? That very well may bite her in the ass later in the show.

Stephen is such an obnoxious ass! Using all his french words, and basically telling everyone how much better he is.

I love the look on his face when he finds out he doesn't win a competition!

Plus his facial expressions are awful! It looks like he just smelled a fart!

And I also must confess I have a Harold crush. I think it's already clear who the top 3 or 4 are. Luckily my boyfriend Harold is one of them!

Candace seems so sweet as does Lisa, but I don't think they will last long.

I knew as soon as Brian (I think that was his name) started talking about how much the Boys and Girls Club meant to him that he was doomed for the boot.

This thing is coming on and given that I am just sitting on my butt at home I an going to watch it, praying for the demise of Stephen and enjoying the aesthetic qualities of Harold.

RE last night's episode

Tiffani: redeemed herself IMO
Stephen: loved it that he made a total ass out of himself and was put in his place. Too bad it was not his ass then was sent packing.
Harold: Was mean to Dave( ) but is cute so I forgive him
Candace: poor thing. bless her heart.
Lisa: glad she did not go home!
Andrea: good comeback! I like her!
Miguel: he is OK..geting a bit pushy though.
Dave: LMAO when he said about Harold and Stephen:"they can just go and make out somewhere" He does tend to cry at the drop of the hat though. I think he is a woman on the verge of a nervous breakdown!
Lee Anne(sp): despite not winning is a real contender and bet she is in the finals.

The guest judge was a prick, especially when judging the gas station challenge, however, he totally redeemed himself in my eyes when he questioned Stephen's use of tarragon -- the look on Stephen's face was priceless "How dare he question my mad science approach to cooking"

It was nice to have someone bring up the fact that just because you make food look pretty on the plate doesn't mean it's going to taste good. Stephen plates things nicely, but some of his seasoning choices...ugh.

I liked the guest chef this last episode. Did anyone see it? I don't understand how the judges could talk about how good everyone was and how hard it would be to pick a winner and a loser..and then rip the crap out of Harold/Lisa and Andrea/Miguel??? the judges were kind of full of shit. It was fun to see them do their own take on the tasting challenge with all of them laughing and not hating on anyone. I still want to bitch slap Stephen!

ETA: well I guess I will just bitch about it with myself then. Andrea needed to go, and she did. Dave is turning into a total basket case. Miguel is fucking up and is getting paranoid, has the knives out, and will stab anyone in the back to win. Lee Ann is again keeping up the good consistent work without getting into too much of the drama. Tiffany is doing a good job but is kinda bitchy..Stephen. Oh Stephen. Total conceited prick..but knows what he is doing, I think he is gay btw. Harold. Doing a good job..good domeback from last time..glad my favorite eye candy is still there. I think Stephen thinks he is hot too..and I think Harold took advantage of that a little this last episode. Final four will be Stephen, Tiffany, Lee Ann, Harold. 50% chance of Harold and Stephen actually going and making out somewhere as Dave suggested in an earlier show. hehehehe

Glad Andreas gone. Props for eatin healthy but honestly i think most of the stuff she made doesnt look like it would taste good.
