All the HP movies have been crap, IMO. I really loved the books when I was younger, so after the first one, I haven't seen any, on principle.

How can they make Harry Potter without Gary? I personally think the Harry Potter films has gone from bad to worse, it would be best if they just stopped making them. They don’t make that many good movies these days… Harry Potter good be SO good but they’re not.![]()

I thought the Goblet of Fire movie was terrible. Clever special effects but virtually no plot. It was completely 'flat'. My kids are both HP nuts and both were very disappointed too. That Ron Weasley annoys me too - acting involves more than rolling your eyes and saying 'blimey' or now, ohhhhhh teenage rebellion 'bloody hell'.
Why do people say "Grow some balls"? Balls are weak and sensitive! If you really wanna get tough, grow a vagina! Those things take a pounding! -Betty White
I would assume that means they would be replacing him, since you can't elminate the character completely from the movie, Sirius being a major part of the Book 5 storyline and all.
As for the movie series as a whole...obviously they are running into LOTR syndome, which is how to cram so much into so little. I don't like to compare the movies and the books, because obviously the books will be so much better. They're really more like eye candy. Although it frustrates me that they put so many amazing actors in them and then whittle their parts down to almost nothing. And poor Rupert...they never give him anything to do except say "bloody hell."The kids (except Emma Watson) have improved drastically since the first film, though, which I applaud them for.
