I wouldn't be surprised AT ALL if he's stoned since I'm sure that coke-loving-couple blind is him and kate bosworth.
I have a feeling he's going to look alot better as he gets older. He is already not looking like a pretty boy poster-boy type of guy, i think the goatee and longer hair works for him than when he was clean shaven.

^ I love the facial hair on him, but I think he looked gorgeous with the longer curls. The unkept-long-pony-tail thing is just not working for him.

I also don't think he looks stoned. That's just the way he looks.
