^ I don't think Fed will win this years US open, as his baby will be born around then. So you'll prob get another winner there!

Then, the other people playing against them, have to step their games up.

i was thoroughly impressed with Roddick today. What a great match, just as good, if not better than last years Nadal/Roddick match.

Congrats to Roger! I totally believe Roger can win another 3-4 slams before he retires. Way too many clowns on the mens tour, while Roger is so consistent, so steady.
Andy did better than I thought he would...but I still can't bring myself to like/cheer for him. It was given Roger would eventually win. I thought last years final was more dramatic.
Hurry back Rafa...

I was rooting for Roddick, but I figured Federer would win, especially after Roddick tripped.
At least, Andy didn't cry like a little girl and ruin the moment for Federer like Federer did for Nadal a while back.

^^That was pathetic. Nadal was having to baby Roger and it took the fun right out of winning for him. It was ridiculous.

Absolutely gutted for Andy Roddick he threw the kitchen sink at Federer and still came up short . I hope he gets another chance to win it before he retires because if he doesn't that will be a shame.
And it was nice to see that the crowd gave Roddick a HUGE round of applause at the end, i think it was just as loud if not louder than the one that Federer got .

That pretty much sums things up for me as well.
