I'm so happy Delpo won!!!! I was the only person cheering for him among my friends.

Don't be sad, Rog. 15 slams ain't too shabby!

^^I was cheering right along with you. The same people winning over and over again gets tiresome. I'm glad someone else got a chance to win this time.

    i am devastated.
but really, i am. though i'm just glad he lost to del potro and not that asswipe nadal.
i'm pissed off at federer. he played a shit game and didn't even get half his first serves in, which is pretty rare for him. all in all a very disappointing final, especially compared to the quality of the match against djokovic.

seriously, it's so frustrating when federer plays like this, especially when you see the glimmers of greatness and the gorgeous shots. but damn, that was a lot of double faults and some shitty serving overall.

i was happy for del potro though. it was so sweet, he was over the moon, crying, couldn't believe he'd won. he's so adorable and gawky and just looks like he'd be nice.

you know what i love about this?
the women AND the men got the same payout. Delpo and Kim got 1.6 million for winning.

ITA!! It's not like Federer won't win again, but I love to root for the underdog!

^^I don't think DelPo will be an underdog anymore. Great for him, he seems like a nice kid.
