Another gold for Canada in womans snowboard cross!
Canadian men's hockey beat Norway 8-0.

I feel like I'm one of the few that watches curling. When it comes to the Olympics, as long as I can find hockey and curling, I'm happy

^^ I actually went to school with a girl who participated in curling in the Olympics. LOL.

I know nothing about these guys but Weir looks like he's on fire (ahem) with that pink tassel and hair toss. LOL

^ I know! I really need to toddle off to bed, but I'm trying to stay awake and see Johnny Weir glitter it up.

I wonder how bedazzled Weir will be and if there will be feathers flying in the air?

I've been making fun of men's figure skating outfits all night and my husband called to me from the other room that there was one coming up that I'd definitely appreciate, with pink ribbons all over it. I said, "That has got to be Johnny Weir". And sure enough....

I have to say, that skeleton costume was pretty awesome (although my husband said it looked like he was dressed for Halloween).

Aw, I'm so proud of Evan doing so well

I do think Weir was considerably underscored though. It's weird how much NBC is shunning the guy. They did a fluff piece with only Lysacek and Abbott, and Weir has hardly been in any of the NBC promos.

Again, I know nothing about any of them but they really went on and on about him being so controversial. What? That he wears pink feathers? Or is there something more to it?

Didn't know the other American grew up a few minutes from me. Weird.

The biggest thing I've read recently was that PETA is after him for using fox fur in a costume a little while back. He also has a reality show on the independent film channel, but I'm never seen it so don't know what has gone on in it.

Weir can be mean and a lot of people don't want to have anything to do with him. He sees it as telling it like it is they see it as over the top. This has been going on for a long time. To me he seems like the kid other kids pick on so he attacks first just in case you thought about attacking him.

I tried, I really tried but during our meet with Germany my eyes balls fell out due to boredom.
