soooo happy for federer!! i admit i shed a little tear of joy at the end. the last time that happened was when ivanisevic won wimbledon after starting out as a wild card.

    nadal can suck it.

I am disappointed that Nadal won't be playing at Wimbledon next week.

^ So am I. I'd hoped he'd play and knock Murray out. The British press go so OTT about him, it's a bit puke making. Another epic Fed v Nadal final would have been good too.

i officially dont care (as much) about Wimbledon this year. Not pulling for anyone in particular now but as long as Murray doesnt win, I'm a-ok.

If Murray wins or even makes the finals the UK media will go crazy!

Does anyone remember the Henman saga?

Yes, I was (and still am) a huge Henman fan. He'd put us through the mill every year without fail, struggling onto the semis, where he'd always be beaten by the eventual champ. The country would put massive pressure on him to produce the goods, but he never could. His best results were in 2004, off the back of an injury. He got to the semi of the French and US as there were no expectations. Wimbledon was an entirely different story though.

Murray is better equipped mentally to deal with the pressure - not that I think he'll win Wimbledon this year unfortunately. Federer will, but Murray will go far. He's going to win the US

It was a different feel this year without Nadal, for me at least. I missed him.
