They changed our game time last week from 1:00 to 4:20. That shit pisses me off. I'm assuming they did it because the last Nascar Race was here too. It still didn't make any damn sense to change the time though.

It's weird and my friend google and articles being pulled up basically indicate that this flex schedule is something with the television stations (NBC, CBS, FOX) and the ratings they want.

What frustrates me is Channel 4 pick a game a week to play on good old "regular" TV in the UK (so not on Sky or Virgin or anything, free basically). But they only have a slot from 1:30am, so the game is always a late one, which means the viewing figures are never that impressive, and Channel 4 would never put money down to play a 6pm/9:25pm kick-off game our time based on the viewing figures of the 1:30am game (theorising that the audience just isn't there, regardless of time). The viewing figures I'm SURE would be at least double, if not more, at the earlier slots. It's a Sunday, for god's sake, unless you're a hardcore fan or you don't work a Mon-Fri office job you're NOT going to stay awake until 5am to watch a game. It's not surprising the NFL is barely heard of over here, and NOBODY knows who Tom Brady or Peyton Manning are over here unless you follow the NFL to begin with, and Brady only if non-football fans really, really follow celeb gossip.

When do tickets go on sale for the next season? I read somewhere it was the July before the season starts in the September. I just want to know so I can possibly sign up for email alerts or whatever as I fully intend on attending a Broncos game next year.

Angelais, it'll be interesting to see if the Big does anything about Pellini's behavior. You deserve better.

Since y'all brought this in here, I'm glad Auburn beat Alabama, Nick Sabin actually.

That was a thing of beauty. Hoke showed some serious stones today too even though Michigan lost.

The hubby is bummed that KC didn't pull it out.

I was glad the Vikings pulled it out to knock the Bears down a game. Our season is over, but it always good to knock down our rivals. And it was good seeing AP pass the 10,000 mark. He is a beast!
