While the revelation that Bernie Fine's wife was aware of the alleged sexual abuse committed by the former Syracuse basketball coach was certainly the most shocking revelation of an ESPN report released on Sunday it was not the only stunning twist.

Fine's wife, Laurie, may have also engaged in sexual relations with one of the alleged victims.

One of the alleged victims of abuse by Fine, Bobby Davis, shared tape-recorded telephone conversations from 2002 between himself and Fine's wife during which they discuss the alleged abuse in graphic detail. During the segment of ESPN's "Outside The Lines" that included the recordings, Davis admitted in an interview that he also engaged in sexual relations with the wife of the former Syracuse assistant basketball coach.

The SI article does report that coach and principle let the kid be taken off campus by Sandusky many times. So that jives.

The questionable incident is Turchetta announcing the name of the victim to other parents. Small town, tight-knit, social policy? Given everything else I've read about this case, it seems sadly possible. Yes, the mother should shut up now (though how one tells an outraged mother who finally gets a chance at justice to shut up, I don't know.)

I wouldn't call Turchetta a hero for giving honest testimony to the Grand Jury or following a mother's desire to report abuse.

It's been awhile since I read the article but I thought the SI article had a favorable slant.

Something seems "off" here. Clearly he's telling the truth or she wouldn't have been so quick to say all of those things. Something still seems off. Maybe the molestation screwed this kid up so much that he couldn't remove himself (even as an adult) from the situation?

I hated her "find a gay boy" comment. Hated it. It had some throw-away-kid vibe to it as if "gay boys" are toys or something.

Former Penn State assistant football coach Jerry Sandusky sexually abused a young boy more than 100 times after meeting him through The Second Mile charity he founded in 1977, according to a civil lawsuit filed Wednesday.

The 27-page lawsuit, which was filed in Philadelphia, identifies the alleged victim -- now 29 -- as John Doe. It lists Sandusky, The Second Mile and Penn State as defendants, claiming Sandusky abused the boy at his State College home, at Penn State facilities and on at least one bowl game trip.

In a statement provided by his attorneys, the unidentified 29-year-old man said he filed the lawsuit because he did not want "other kids to be hurt and abused" by Sandusky.

"I never told anybody what he did to me over 100 times at all kinds of places until the newspapers reported that he had abused other kids and the people at Penn State and Second Mile didn’t do the things they should have to protect me and the other kids," the statement read. "I am hurting and have been for a long time because of what happened, but feel now even more tormented that I have learned of so many other kids. Now that I have told and done something about it, I am feeling better and going to get help and work with the police. I want other people who have been hurt to know they can come forward and get help and help protect others in the future.

The alleged abuse occurred after Sandusky met the then-10-year-old boy through his charity in 1992 and continued until 1996, according to the lawsuit. Attorney Jeffrey Anderson said Sandusky threatened the boy's family to keep quiet about the encounters.

"Sandusky made a threat to him that nobody would believe him and made a threat to his family," Anderson said.

"The sexual abuse occurred on multiple occasions and at multiple locations within Pennsylvania and outside of Pennsylvania; in the facilities of Penn State, particularly the football coach's locker room," the lawsuit reads. "His molestation was enabled by the negligent oversight of Sandusky by Second Mile and Penn State."

Sandusky allegedly abused eight boys throughout a 15-year period. This latest alleged victim is not among those identified in a grand jury report released this month. The former one-time heir apparent to former Penn State head coach Joe Paterno has since acknowledged showering with young boys but denied molesting them.

"Penn State and Second Mile each had a duty to protect the minor Plaintiff when he was entrusted to their care by Plaintiff's parents," the lawsuit read. "Plaintiff's care, welfare, and/or physical custody was temporarily entrusted to Penn State and Second Mile when Plaintiff attended functions sponsored by Penn State and Second Mile, and when on properties and premises operated by Penn State and Second Mile, and when traveling with Sandusky to football activities, including a Bowl game."

Anderson said Sandusky, who remains free on bail, "belongs behind bars" today.

"Sandusky is out there free on bail or low on bail and walking the streets knowing what we know, he is out there," he said. "Imagine how the survivors are feeling,"

Anderson said the victims are afraid that Sandusky could be currently preying on children while free.

Nils Frederiksen, a spokesman for the Pennsylvania attorney general, declined comment on the new accusations to FoxNews.com due to the "ongoing nature" of the grand jury investigation.

The growing sex abuse scandal has rocked Penn State, resulting in the departures of school President Graham Spanier and Paterno. Athletic Director Tim Curley has also been placed on administrative leave, and Vice President Gary Schultz has stepped down.

Schultz and Curley have been charged with lying to the grand jury and failure to report to police. Both maintain their innocence.

In a statement to FoxNews.com, officials at The Second Mile said the organization will review the lawsuit.

"The Second Mile will adhere to its legal responsibilities throughout this process," the statement read. "As always, our thoughts and prayers are with the victims and their families."

Lisa Powers, a Penn State spokeswoman, said the university had not yet received a copy of the lawsuit.

"As with any litigation, we are unable to comment on specifics related to the case," she said.

Sandusky's attorney has not immediately responded to FoxNews.com's requests for comments

Jerry Sandusky 8 Alleged Victims to Testify ... According to Report

All 8 alleged victims mentioned in the explosive Jerry Sandusky grand jury report will testify against the former Penn State defensive coach at a preliminary hearing next week ... this according to ABC News.

Sandusky's lawyer had previously stated that his legal team had contacted the person who was allegedly raped in the Penn State locker room ... and that person insisted nothing ever happened.

But according to ABC, that person -- and all of the rest -- will say they WERE abused when they take the stand.

The prelim is set to begin on Dec. 13. Jerry is currently facing 40 counts of child sex abuse.

I had kind of thought that some of the victim's mentioned by the grand jury were actually the same victim being seen by more than one witness. What this indicates is that these were separate and distinct victims - meaning that if one of the witnesses had spoken up, they could have saved a lot more kids.

I can't wait to see what Amendola says about this list.

They have re-arrested the puke!!! Now keep his ass in jail until the trial!!! I also heard he may have been tampering with some of the victims/witnesses. I wouldn't put it past him or his wife!

I read that Fine might walk away from his charges? Why can't they nail his ass to the wall like they are Sandusky?

    Sandusky rearrested in Pennsylvania

Former Penn State football coach Jerry Sandusky has been arrested at his home in State College, Pa. on new sexual abuse charges.

Authorities showed up in four unmarked cars to detain Sandusky, an NBC staffer said. He was out on bail from his initial arrest on almost a month ago on charges of sexual abuse of young boys.

Pennsylvania authorities filed new criminal charges against Sandusky, 67, according to a release from the Attorney General's criminal investigation bureau.

"Today's criminal charges were recommended by a statewide investigating grand jury, based on evidence and testimony that was received following the initial arrest of Sandusky on November 5th," Kelly said.

"At that time, Sandusky was charged with sexually assaulting eight victims, all of whom first encountered Sandusky as children through The Second Mile, (an) organization that he founded to operate programs for disadvantaged young people."

Attorney General Linda Kelly said these latest criminal charges come following grand jury testimony from two additional young men, identified as Victim 9 and Victim 10, who were allegedly targeted by Sandusky when they were children.

"As in many of the other cases identified to date, the contact with Sandusky allegedly fit a pattern of 'grooming' victims," Kelly said, "Beginning with outings to football games and gifts; they later included physical contact that escalated to sexual assaults."

According to the grand jury, Victim 9 first encountered Sandusky in approximately 2004, while participating in a summer camp organized by The Second Mile, when he was 11 or 12 years old. Sandusky allegedly approached the young man, engaged him in conversation and expressed an interest in spending more time with the child.

When asked if he had comment, Sandusky didn't respond.

There is also a report out that he applied for a job at a small college here in PA in 2010. They did the background check and came back that he was being investigated so they did not hire him.
