YAY! y'all were wrong, she got her a medal!!!!

I know. I am really really glad she did get the bronze..and yeah that is the only one I thought she had a chance at.

That Korean (what do they call her, 'the queen' or something?)was unbeatable. For some reason I get a 'bit of a bitch' vibe from her, but I could be wrong.

Well to be honest, there was no one who could beat Yu-Na. She was amazing.

Also, i never, ever found Lindros attractive.

No, not a bitch at all. I worked the Four Continents competition last year and Yu-Na, Mao etc were wonderful.

    LOL U R so mean !

Yeah, I should have been clearer. I didn't think Joannie could get gold (or silver) from Yu-Na Kim (the Korean) or Mao, but she could challenge for bronze.

Yu-Na is supposedly a nice and unassuming girl, but when medaldom is at stake, these girls lose all semblance of niceness. Did you see all of those bitchfaces out there in the final flight - it was NOT a game!!

I wanted at least one really really good fall from one of them. C'mon, it is the Olympics and skating! Maybe one who was not really in the medal race..someone from one of those 'stan' nations or something.

Maybe not a Midori-whats-her-name crashing through a wall into photographers-fall, but at least something.

The men fell enough for both I guess though.

    No worries .

Yikes, they just texted me to see what position i want to work today for the Canada / Slovakia hockey semi-final--media tribune, which means i will watch the whole game from 10th row centre ice, or "mixed zone" which means i will be down with the players when they come off the ice, with all the reporters etc. It's cool to be interacting with the hockey stars, but i think i have to go with watching the game.

The US ladies were better than I thought they'd be, although Rachael Flatt is still a homely chick with underrotated jumps.
