If somehow the Phillies were to win this series, Utley would be the obvious MVP thanks to CC, Burnett and Coke.
If the Yanks win, the MVP is a toss-up between A-Rod and Damon.
Edit: If the Yanks win, Matsui is the clear MVP.

That was a great parade today through the Canyon of Heroes. Although the Fox anchorwoman Brenda Blackmon kept calling Andy Pettitte, Andy Petty.
