Yeah, Eli looked good today. This was one loss that wasn't his fault. The Giants' defense lost the game today. All they had to do was stop the Chargers last drive, or limit them to a FG, in under two minutes and the game would've ended with a N.Y. win.

That's what I say to the people that talk trash about the Giants. Big Blue may suck this season, but they have won a Super Bowl recently and they had a great season last year. Which is more than a lot of teams can say. But I'm looking ahead to next season with the Giants now. This season is a wash. The only way they could possibly make the playoffs now is if they won the 7 remaining games. And with Dallas, Philly, Minnesota and Atlanta coming up that's not likely.
But if they continue to implode, expect GM Jerry Reese to start cleaning house in the offseason. Which may make this implosion a blessing in disguise.

A lot of people, including myself, are wishing that the old 'kick-ass and take names' Coughlin would return. Right now, he just seems completely disinterested, which means it's time for a new coach.

I've noticed that, too. But if he can't believe the stupid things they do, then he needs to start cracking the whip. Because their stupidity is a reflection on his coaching.

Congrats to Romo & the Cowboys for beating Philly.
With that, we will resume our regularly scheduled programming of bashing Romo and all things Cowboys.

The Cowboys did what I needed them to do. They stopped the Eagles and I appreciate that.
But I read that Romo is already dating somebody new, and we ALL know bad things happen when Romo starts dating during football season.

That is fun, isn't it. But I miss Jessica with Tony during football season.
