When they're focused, you can't touch them. When they let their minds wander, they tank.
I agree with you. During Romo's and E. Manning's bad games, they have a zoned look in their eyes. When they are on fire, they seem to have tunnel vision, focused solely on that end zone and getting someone in it and quickly.

    2) Yeah, the Giants made the right move. Eli won the Giants a Super Bowl, and Warner's flourishing with the Cardinals. So, I think it worked out for everyone concerned.
Good team, good QB, just not a fit. It happens.

    3) I think they do need to look for another backup QB, because David Carr will probably be a starter for another team next year. But the Giants are afraid to bench Eli because they're paying him so much money. But if Eli's last name wasn't 'Manning' he would've been benched already.
Dead on! Guess the Giants forgot to look at Archie and see the other possibility ehh?

The Giants forgot about Archie and figured they had another Peyton on their hands.

Everybody, including long time Saints fans, have tried their damnedest to forget about Archie.

TD Giants! Maybe half-time cleared a certain QB's head.

I can't wait for the Viking/Packer game. *checks clock*

Well, JUST as I was about to post this, fucking Romo fumbled on the 10 yr line and Seattle scored a TD. *sigh*

Anyway, and I know its only the Seahawks, but for the first time this year, I can say, and please allow me to do it: HOW BOUT THEM COWBOYS!!!!!

    Hopefully they won't blow it.

The Cowboys did really well. Woohoo!

The Giants need to regroup, meditate, cleanse their chi, SOMETHING!

Can't believe that Romo hasn't thrown an INT in the last 3 games. Unreal. Amazing the difference eh?

Ok, they won. HOORAY! *does the Dallas dance*

I don't even feel bad for Eli or the Giants. If they want to continue to get their asses handed to them, then so be it. They have one more game to lose against the Chargers next week and then they get a bye-week. Hopefully, Eli and the Giants can get refocused in that two-week break.

Lynnie, I knew I could count on you! I am a Packer fan, but I'm actually disappointed with the "booing" happening for Favre. Didn't like how he did his retired/not retired/retired/not retired thing, but he doesn't deserve to be booed.

    That said....

    Go Packers!!!
You were lucky to have me. But you know what? I think I already got the best part of you. And she's standing right out there. I don't know... what's left just doesn't look so good anymore. Hope Floats

^^Yea, I'm a little surprised myself about the whole booing/funeral thing for Favre. He was a GOD in Green Bay for so many years...but I can see how Packer fans would be disappointed he went to play for their rivals, but still.....gotta still have some respect and admiration for all he did for the Organization over the years right?? I'm sure not all the Packers are upset, but you know what I am saying.

I'll be rooting for the Packers....

Let's see if the Raiders can pull off a miracle. I doubt it, but stranger things have happened.

Packer fans shouldn't boo Favre. Packers got what they wanted, a young QB. Yea, Favre's indecision was a pain in the ass, but if he can still play why shouldn't he? Boo the management if you don't like seeing him in purple and gold.

As a MS girl, I have to root for MN.
