As a proud Canadian, I am bummed that he immigrated to Australia, but I say good on him, he seems like a smart guy with his priorities right. The Canadian coaches blew that, they need to know sometimes even elite athletes have lives outside of their sport.
And if we had to lose him to another country, I am glad it was to you Aussies!
