Default Wimbledon, 2009

It's just not the same without Rafa. So far, Maria Sharapova is the biggest name to go out.

I agree

I'm worried he'll have to take the rest of the season off, but at the same time, I want him to get better so he can reclaim his Slams next year.

Federer will win

I think Federer should win too. He's played well in the first two matches. I couldn't care less about the women's game these days, the whole WTA is a mess.

^^^^lol, I knew you'd be happy Sarzy - hope he gets it for you. Then Rafa can take it back next year.

i am sad that my Rafa is out, hopefully he's back up to speed soon.

i'm glad that shrieking Maria Sharapova is out, as well as the BIG screamer Michelle Larcher de Brito (the 16 yr old). i hate womens tennis anymore.

I was about to post the same thing. It drives me insane when women scream out during matches. It's a form of cheating in my opinion.

When Sharapova is playing (and others like her) I put the volume on mute, which ticks me off as I can't hear the commentary. It's the only way I can tolerate all of the screaming though.

I also hope Hewitt is beaten. He's the only male player I really don't like.

Hewitt just won, beating Del Potro. Lleyton has got a great grass game.

Hehe, you know me well, Taffy!
It's a shame Rafa is out though. I was hoping for an epic final like last years, but with Fed winning, of course I'm sure Rafa will be back soon.
I'm glad Hewitt got through, I used to like watching him play when he was on top form.

Hewitt and Roddick are the biggest threats to Murray's route to the final

I hate Hewitt, but I hate Del Potro even more, so I'm glad he's gone!

i used to really hate Andy Roddicks game, but before the AO he reconditioned himself, and i really have a newfound respect for him. he won today.

I'm liking Andy Murray for the final and I'm starting to like Verdasco as a player (should learn his first name tho, lol), but the womens game annoys me for some reason, and I used to love it.

Fernando Verdasco

He is a good player, but he can hide it sometimes!

Murray was superb tonight.

I had to laugh at the women's no.1 Dinara Safina being shoved out on court 2. Shows what the organisers think about her!

Women's tennis is so boring. And, how is Dinara even no1 -plus she chokes each time she reaches the finals of a Grand Slam.

I am hoping Murray does well. And,Im really missing Nadal this year at wimbledon.

Andy Murray's match was AWESOME!!...its started some time around 6:45pm and didn't finish until 10.50pm , probably the most nerve wrecking 4hrs of my life!!!.

I hope he goes on to win it but i'm afraid those 4 hours on court will take a lot out of him physically
