I don't really see any difference in her nose...I think there's no way any surgeon could make it look any better, so I couldn't blame her if she didn't even try.

Penelope is Spanish, and Salma is Mexican and I think that is one reason they look quite different. Not sure where P. is from, but when I was in Spain last I was struck by how many tall, people with aquiline noses there were. She fits right in.

I think she was very hot earlier in her career -- she's got a hard look now. Probably from hanging out with Mr. Cruise.

i think salma hayek is a lot less attractive than penelope......besides the nose. but salma's face is a big square, she's so jaw heavy!

I think Penelope borders on ugly, but she has moments where she looks nice. Salma is gorgeous, IMO.

Yeah, I can't stand her voice either. Could not understand her in Vanilla Sky! She sounds just as bad as Zhang Ziyi.

ITA, I wouldn't even put Penelope in the same league as Salma, Salma's beautiful. Penelope's not even pretty, she's just fortunte nough to have professionals apply her makeup and do her hair so she can look half decent.

In some of her pics, Penelope looks like the Wicked Witch of the East. I normally find her quite pretty, though. Selma is gorgeous.
