waikiki - in most cases surgeons perform closed surgery. It's quite obvious that a surgeon that only removes a bump (although I see some tip work as well) will perform a closed surgery. It's not related only to humps - but to many cases.

She's a very pretty girl, but she needs to tone down on the streetwalker makeup. She doesn't need it. Pretty eyes, perfect skin is drowned out by too much makeup.
