She had some pretty bad skin that seems to have cleared up some. Why does everyone have to accuse PS? Maybe the bump was just a pimple!

Yeah... I mean, you're so right!! Let's just think about... uhm... let's see... Britney's boobs: it was a growth spurt!!
And Paris' eyes colour... it's clearly because of the American sunlight... did you know it burns?? It's kinda scientific!
And, to be honest, I still think Asslee simpson didn't go under the knife: it was all about finding the right haircut... ahhh, if only I think about all the magazines they sold! What a waste of time, what a big LIE!!!

I was making a joke. But she did have some honkin' acne, so it could be possible.

I wonder if she had the non surgical kind of rhinoplasty like this...

Injection Rhinoplasty, Non Surgical (15 Minute) Nose Job New York

... which is only temporary.

It would seem she went this route because she most certainly had no noticable healing/swelling time.

It could be possible... but this non-surgical procedure makes the nose look slightly bigger in the end because you have to fill in the bumps your own bump makes... Megan's nose looks small to me. But it could really be... who knows...
I personally think she had a close rhinoplasty and she just touched her bump.

Her tip projection is ever so slightly different, which is what would happen if the bridge was filed. It's great work, if I'm not being fooled by lighting or a photoshop.

I wish I could wear fake eyelashes without looking ridiculous.

Evidences tell that closed rhinoplasty is good to refine small flaws and give better aesthetic results just as it happened to Megan Fox: fast recovery, no visible marks, quick surgery and a little improvement (extracts of the technique, bottom page). She's had a nose job, it looks nice.I would have never noticed because I would have been staring at her bad skin.Over all she looks great, perhaps a little too plasticky?
