It would take some hard-core use to erode the septum and cartilage so quickly. Otherwise, half of Hollywood would have caved-in noses or uni-nostril. However, plastic surgeons have a confidentiality agreement so we don't know how many celebrity "users" have had nose repair.

The eye makeup works wonders. Her eyes look huge in the 2nd picture. I wanna know how to do that.

I never noticed that she had droopy eyelids (look on her left eye). Are her eyelids still like that or did she do the blepharostophy-hype as well?

im not sure... if you look at the first set of pictures, her smile is bigger. it doesnt really look bigger, but you can tell by her cheeks that its like, tighter. so that might be why.

I dont see a nose job because in the before picture, shes younger. I had a wider nose when i was a little girl, but now it looks different and i didn't have a nose job. But my face did thin out, and it looks like hers did too.

Contrary from the boobs, the nose is 100% natural. Just look at the pics from when she was little. The girl has a perfect nose; had she actually had work done there, she'd have an MJ thing going on there.

i think she had a nose job... the nose looks obviously much thinner. the comparison picture of her isn't from when she was a lil kid... she looks about 16 in that pic. i don't think your nose can "slim down" that dramatically in a couple of years.

hell, i've always had a wide nose. i've lost weight, grown older, yet the nose remains.

i seriously doubt coke has anything to do with her nose change... coke can eat away at your septum, but it can't give you a new, perfectly sculpted thinner nose.

as for the "bigger eyes" comment, she has false lashes and tons of black eyeliner and shadow. i can make my eyes much bigger with makeup as well. i think the slimmer nose also make her eyes look bigger.

dang, looking at lindsay lohans new nose really makes me want to get a nose job now everyone's doing it, it's not fair! i want to be gorgeous too!
