she has a horrible nose. and there's no reason to have such an awful nose job these days but hers looks like a late 70s type obviously fake one, like carla bruni or the chick that plays juliette on 'lost'. it also makes her eyes look too far apart.

I remember thinking, when she first gained fame..'Wow, she looks NOTHING like her mom, dad and brother, but hey, sometimes that happens'. Well, as you can see, as a child, she was a perfect amalgamation of all of them!
She was a cute kid, and it would have translated into adulthood, without the hammer and chisel murder of her old nose. It really does look Michael Jackson'ish', although not as severe. One more nose job though, and it will be, but I think she's finished.
However, I just thought her son Riley had his dad's nose, but now we know it's a combo deal..LOL

No kidding. I can only surmise that since her hubby at the time was a 'ROCK STAR', she wanted her son to be like Da Da, or Da Da wanted his son to be like him.
However, now it's just ridiculous, it's long and stringy, and he looks like a girl. She said he won't let anyone cut his hair, and my first thought was, 'Yeah, because you didn't want to cut his hair in the first place'..lol He probably see's it as a bad thing!

Someone gave me some back issues of People issue (from this year), in one where she was on the cover there was a photo of her at 15 or 16 with Goldie, and Kate's nose was not only quite large (wider and longer), but also had a prominent bump. She looked quite different before the nose job.

Both Goldie and Kate have each had a Rhinoplasty.
They're not as obvious as Jennifer Grey's Rhinoplasty, but it's obvious to a medical professional (plastic surgeon or a surgery nurse).
I had my friends look at the pics and they both agreed that there was at least one surgery.
