The nose could not possibly look more the same. if she did get a nose job she should ask for her money back.
These are not very good photos. Not saying that she's some breathtaking beauty but she can look way better than this.

I think her nose looks worse, she looks fuglier as a whole...I can tell the difference. BUT is it still swollen? To me it looks like the new nose has a thicker bridge (see between her eyes and a little lower, the tip looks smaller than before though).

You guys are so mean! but I have to admit funny thou, I personally cannot see any difference in her nose either, she looks the same to me. I want to say something nice about her features but I cannot think of anythin. I guess she has a down to earth attitude, but in look wise she kinda looks weird, I mean I recently watched an interview with her, she looked alright when the camera was away from her but when it zoomed in her face, I could not concentrate on what she was saying ...because she started to look like a man to me!

I think she looks fine, whatever she had done looks miniscule, maybe she didn't want a big change and risk screwing it up and looking like Michael Jackson (or thereabouts).
