Damn he's ugly, but I'd be afraid to mess with that nose if I were him. It could go very wrong and end up looking worse.

I don't think Jay-Z seems like the type who would resort to plastic surgery but in this business who knows...

he got his teeth done. and his skin is much clearer than when he first started
