Her nose is too small for her face now, the proportions are all off. Now it's so small it looks pinched. She's a beautiful girl, but her nose was fine before.
If she wanted to change it she should have gone for some subtle refinement and maybe slight thinning, not just ordered it 3 sizes smaller. Now it just doesn't look right.

She's taken "button nose" a bit too literally. She now looks like one of those cgi children in the 'Puffs Plus' commercials. A nose in need deserves Puffs indeed.

I don't think she had breast implants, but I'm confused about her nose and her upper lip. You sound like you now a thing or two about ps, so I would lik to hear your opinion.

its amazing how different people can look with nose jobs
her real nose was kind of meh...her first nose job looks great, her second...not so much.

Ivanka ruined her face, plain and simple. The new nose looks ridiculous. The original nose, yeah, I can see why she may not have been happy with it... I think she had a great nose after the first nosejob, though - elegant and not too big for her face, but still with a lot of character.
