The before picture looks like it was a nosejob too. I can't understand how she can breathe through her new nose, it doesn't seem possible. It looks collapsed.

I don't think that's a nosejob. Her nose has always been ridiculously tiny. That "after" pic has just a bad lighting or has been photoshopped.

I'm not sure she's had a nose job between the original pics - the ''before'' pics are taken from the right side and the ''after'' from the left. Maybe her nose turns to the left, after her nose job after 98? (It's obvious she's had AT LEAST one)

It appears to me that the second nose job only involved the tip. Exactly when
that was, only Ivanka and her surgeon know for sure.
