I don''t think she had rhinolasty done. Unless she had it done while she was still in grade school... see the picture of her in elementary school. That's how her nose looks now, more or less.
The shape of her nose fluctuates with her weight. Her nose bridge is not as prominent so if someone with such a nose was to put on some pounds, the weight gain would manifest itself there. Also, notice when she is skinny her cheek bones are sharply defined, but with some extra weight they are not as defined and her face takes on that cherub like appearance.
If she had any work done it was extremely subtle.
