I wouldn't go as far as to say everyone who has had plastic surgery is superifical...some of the people actually go because their feeling pretty bad about a certain part of the body....

The people that seek out my facial plastic surgeon want to remove a bump, fix a broken nose or revise a previous bad rhinoplasty. My doc won't give pts a 'Nicole Kidman' nose or any other brand name nose, 'cause he considers them PS addicts. That's also why he has me do a before/after digital photo alteration prior to surgery.
