Aniston, Jolie and Kidman have all had nose jobs. Nicole Kidman looks like a different person! Good GOD!

Ummmm Aniston's nose is OBVIOUSLY different, I don't think there's any denying that!
I think Kidman has also tinkered with her nose. And the whole face in general.

Nicole didn't have a nose job, it hasn't changed ONE BIT. She has had her lips done and tons of botox, though.

I hate Jolie's new nose, I wish she hadn't messed around with it. Now she looks so strange from the side, with such a flat nose and receding hairline. I know people criticized her nose in Hackers, though, before she got it done. I just hate the way it looks now.

Actually, I've seen a photographic comparison making a pretty convincing argument that Jake Gyllenhaal has had a nose job.

As for people who haven't had their nose done, I don't think every actor in Hollywood has had his or her nose done. Some of the more obvious examples of actors who haven't are Shane West and Heath Ledger - those two dudes have pretty wide noses... I hope it stays that way, I think their noses are cool.

Adrien Brody and Owen Wilson have noses that would generally be considered imperfect, but neither of them has a career that is based on good looks anyway, so being distinctive probably suits them both better than being hadsome.

Oops, my mistake actually. I've been looking at a few pictues, and I don't really see much of a difference. I like her, she's cute and a a great actress.
