If you don't know for sure if someone has a rhino, it's better to say "her nose" instead of "her nose job". It's not always the case of a "nose job" when somebody's nose is not good looking or even "too perfect".

As in the case of Carrie-Anne, her nose looks different in those pictures because of different facial expression. When you smile, your nose's tip drops. When you press your lips together, your facial muscles pull to whatever side (left or right) that is stronger, hence the "slop" look if your face is noticably asymetric (there are usually some degree of asymetry in a human anatomy: one side is lower/smaller than the other).

??? Her nose looks the same in all of the pics - just the angles and lighting are different. I think it's sort of skewed to her left in all of the pics posted, and she just has a naturally wonky nose.

Her nose looks the same to me. Again, depending on angle, lighting, and facial expression, every human nose is going to appear to change shape. Y'all ever heard of optical illusions? If anything, it's coke damage (not plastic surgery) that's affected the look of her nose over time. Obviously.

she has a typical old school nose job - that kind of too thin, too pinched at the sides nose doesn't exist in nature, it's really a very, very obvious nose job. i think she'd already had it in all the pics we've seen of her, she must have gotten it very young and before her career started. she's still a beautiful woman but like that chick that plays juliet on 'lost', whenever she's onscreen i can't help but stare at it and wonder what it looked like before.

She's beautiful but has one of the ugliest noses in Hollywood. Thin, crooked, and looks unnatural.
