Ditto. I think it's all about the nose growing out of the pudgy child nose shape into a sharper, more defined adult nose, and it always seems to do that several years before your face grows up, so to speak. Most people go through that awkward phase, when your facial features haven't grown into one another, the nose is way too big for the rest of you and so on.

I think mine has settled properly now, at 28, but my face is definitely different - stronger, more defined features, with more of the bone structure showing - from what it was only five years ago.

Wow, she DEFINITELY looks better now - however, I think she might have just 'grown into' her nose, it still looks the same shape even if it appears slightly smaller due to her facial features filling out.

omg she looks sooooooo much better, it just brings out her other features which are actually quite lovely...i never thought this chick was any better looking than hideous but this nose job makes her entire face.. Thumbs up to whoever did her nose and ashlee simpsons nose bc they both look better

My nose slimmed as I got older too! It's the strangest thing. I think with Avril she had work done, b/c the change is pretty drastic. However, I think with a lot of younger celebrities, it's possible that their faces/bodies/whatever just changed, rather than them having PS

I don't think she's had a nose job - if you look at this photo it still looks like it used to. i think its a matter of lighting and just generally growing up.
