I had the same done to me a few weeks ago. It lasted 35 minutes. No bandages, just gel inside the nose and a gauze underneath the nostrils for 3 days because of the blood and gel that would come out. There are no external changes: I have a small, thin nose with a ski-slope, therefore no bump to hammer off (I'd look like Jacko if I ever had the "bright" idea of getting under a cosmetic knife). The only outer difference I have now is a tiny bump that's disappering as the minimal swelling goes down.

Five hours under the knife + bandages = nose job. Period. Why the fuck didn't she just say she did it out of sheer vanity? That isn't the case, so STFU, Ashley!!!

Edit: Her new nose looks HORRENDOUS.

Agreed. New nose is real bad.

Way to go there Ash. Nothing better than getting a nose job that, in the end, makes you look worse than ever.

She must be kicking herself after having paid big $$$$ for something that turned out so shitty.

Yeah give her a few more months or a year. She'll be as plastic looking as fucking Ashlee Simpson is.

Right, she believes in natural... then maybe she should have left her upper lip alone! She looks competely different. Then again she might still be a little swollen. I really liked her old nose, I used to think that's what made her unique.

Ashley’s Apology to Fans

Ashley Tisdale just made a public apology to her fans and friends in Miami and Philadelphia, where she backed out of her Jingle Ball performances.

Here’s the public apology from the 22-year-old High School Musical star:

“I’m so sorry I wasn’t able to be at the holiday shows this weekend. I haven’t fully recovered from my surgery and had to make the difficult decision to cancel the appearances.

When my surgery was scheduled, we didn’t think it would be necessary to cancel the shows because my doctor thought I would heal in time. Unfortunately, the deviated septum was more significant than we originally thought so the healing process is taking longer.

The last thing I ever want to do is disappoint my fans. I flew out to the east coast with the dancers and crew still hoping I would be well enough to perform.

I hope you all have a very happy holiday season.

No, I think she's cancelling her perfomace because she's embarassed that everyone knows there was no deviated septum to begin with and everyone can instead see that she had a nose job that turned out really really bad.
