I think it looks good, but it's EXTREMELY noticeable. If she tries to tell people she's had nothing done, I will laugh and laugh.

Now, if she's smart, she would cop to it and claim she got it done as part of surgery to fix her voice or something like that. That's the smart way to spin it, because there is NO WAY she can expect people not to notice.
