Her nose job is so obvious, it looks like she cant breathe from those little slits anymore. It is almost non existant these days.

someone said she got her nostrils reduced, i can see that, but the rest of her nose is the same imo

^ thats still a part of her nose and the appearance is still considered altered.

I understand that the nose develops it’s final shape during adolescence, but I don’t believe it can completely change it’s entire shape from this

age 13

I'll just have to disagree. Noses definitely can change that much, from the time you're a little kid to the time you're a fully formed adult. When my boyfriend was 13, he had a short, wide, pudgy kid nose. Now he has a longer, more chisled, straight nose. It happens.

At least that pic is prood that the upper lip is real after all.

That looks like a nose job to me. It looks better than what it did though. That first pic posted was the ugliest I have seen her. Thank goodness she did tweak her nose.

The first pic is a bad pic, though, because of the shadows and lighting and her head being down. It doesn't look like that in the others.

There are plenty of pics earlier than these that have her with a slimmer nose, though.

lol... so Elvira, does your nose look the same as it did when you were 13? Because hardly anyone I know has the same chubby kid nose they once had.

^^ I have the EXACT same nose as when I was a kid, adolescent and now. Same length, width and profile.

your nose doesn't stop growing till 16-17

that and there is subcutaneous fat on the nose so that can actually refine and thin as well.

It may be slightly different from when I was age 13, but not a completely
different shape.

Maybe age 16 0r 17?

She's not 16 or 17 there, she's more like 14.

She's more like 17 in this first pic:

and 14 here. The nose had the same squared off tip then that it has now.

and around 17/18 in the first pic here... it's just as wide in "now" pics.

If you compare a pic like this with younger photos, it's hardly different at all.
