Maybe just weight loss... I'd guess she has little body fat... she's toned and muscley.

Her lips in cyborg 2 look totally different her lower lip is soooo weird it looks kinda looks like a buttcrack !!!

Teens often have some pudginess that subsides with age. Looking at my photos my whole face has thinned out and become more defined. My nose is more sculpted rather than rounded also. It just looks as though Angelina has grown up, maybe a slight enhancing, possible.
