To me, looks like she had her nose job between 1999-2000.

It was sweet when asked what she wished for after she blew out the candle on her b.day cake, she said, "To keep what I have".

I think she had 2 nose jobs. She definitely had one between when she filmed Beyond Borders and the second Tomb Raider movie. Her nose is noticeably different in the Lara Croft flicks. But I do think she may have had something done in '99. Watching the video, in the two clips of her from '99 with the blond hair, the bridge of her nose is noticeably wider than the clip of her in '99 with brown hair.

But did you notice in the 2000 clip, she seems strung out on something.

Her face just looks like it lost some of its fullness as she got older, which happens. Everything got smaller, including her nose. I really don't think she got a nose job at all. My nose changes with weight fluctuation as well.

She's not only had a nose job, but had her chin elongated somewhat. If you look at her profile in older pics, like the morph, you will see that her profile looks concave/pug like. Later, she looks perfect.

But hey, if you could go from cute/sexy to perfectly gorgeous with a little tweeking, you would do it to. So would I.

She's had one nose job, not two. It can take several years for all the swelling to go down after a nose job.

Oh, I thought it took about 6 months. There goes my dream. I just wanted a little tweaking.

Several years? I don't buy that it would take that long for swelling to go down. That must have been a bad nose job 'cause Jennifer Aniston's nose and many others didn't take years to shrink down after surgery.

^You're wrong.
Cartilage takes at least 1-2 years to heal, in some cases even more. It has nothing to do with how "good" the surgery was, it depends on the skin thickness and natural body healing. There is a prolonged edema that lasts for a VERY long time. Your nose can look tiny one day and huge the next.

And Jennifer Aniston's had her septum fixed basically, so it's not as traumatic to the outer nose as, let's say, alar base reduction (What Angelina's had) or tip work. There is many times a cosmetic change during a septum correction but it has more to do with the nose symmetry than it's shape, hence why the swelling isn't as obvious (but it's SO damn swollen on the inside though lol)

Nose job is the most complicated cosmetic surgery, with the most complicated and longest healing period.

I don't know if she's had a nose job. I can't bring myself to say she has or she hasn't.

Her eyebrows and her hair have changed and she's lost weight in her face throughout the years. I think in 2004 her nose appeared more defined, but then again her eyebrows were heavier too..
