Looks like a nose job to me. Contouring would not be able to make her nostrils less fleshy. And contouring ain't magic.

I'm fairly positive she had her nose done. She use to be one of my favorite models(what was I thinking?) before the 90's supermodel craze, and her nose used to be broader then.
