Charlize Theron and her nose

Ok, lets start this with a bit of 3 quarters speculation!

Notice the tip which is slightly more bulbous in the old pic, and more chiseled and angular in the newer one. Also notice her terrible makeup and quite frankly appalling eyebrows. But I digress, this is not about makeup

Heres a nose by nose comparison (because Im bored and I have nothing better to do right now

):

To me it is quite simply, not the same nose. The tip is much more refined in the picture on the right.

And moving on to more pictorial supporting evidence!
Now here is the oldest pic of Charl one can find on Getty images. Take a look at her nose and see the impression you get: a chubby nose, meaty adn fleshy and all that. I do believe she got her trademark dented nose shortly after this (this was in 1996):

Now look at the following.

You dont really think that that is the same nose, do you??

Notice the little upturn at the tip is nowhere to be found in the newer pic. I speculate at least two nosejobs for "finetuning".
And this concludes our presentation, all based on pure theory and speculation of course, and always posted with reserve and the hope that I am completely wrong about this, which I dont believe I am. Hope it wasnt too long!

I've always suspected she had a nose job, her whole face has looked odd to me for awhile!! Excellent evidence.

i dunno, i remember seeing younger pics of her and it was the same.

regarding the last pic, if i take a pic with flash i get a litte tip break, whereas in daylight my nose is straight.

her nose does look fake though...like it looks like it's made out of dough or something

lol to me it seems,even without comparison pics, that the nose you see in the last pic is the direct result of rhinoplasty. There is just something off about it. Not to mention the woman just does not look like the same woman.

Aren't most white people's noses just...um...designed to have
a tiny bulb at the tip? It might be small or it might be really prominent,
but I thought a perfectly tapered nose just NEVER happens in nature.

I honestly see no difference. The tip is bulbous in all pictures. The only differences I see are in how the light is hitting it and where the shadows are.

The 96 photo is different, but should be disregarded since her nose isn't bulbous there at all, and was before and after. She was going through a pudgy nose period.

young photo... shorter and pudgier, but thats normal. It still has the same basic shape, though, with the dents over the nostrils.

early modeling photo on the left, compared to now.

I really don't see it.

^muchlove, you are using a couple of enhanced and processed pics as examples though. Besides, it is not a huge change in her basic shape, but a tweak and a finetune. Im not saying its a huge change, but its there.

But these are beautiful pics, she's gorgeous with heavier makeup.

Well, if there's a difference, it's negligible. I don't know why anyone would bother to have their nose shaved a fraction of an inch that hardly anyone can notice. She looks exactly the same.

Yeah but so many famous people DO shave that half a millimeter, and that is what makes it ridiculous.
I personally think she looks like a whole different person. She is not her self with this nose.

I was in South Africa the week that Charlize won the Oscar for Monster. There I bought some mags and in 1 magazine it had a huge spread on her cos she was the talk of the country for her possible Grammy. In there were some pics of her old modelling days and I definitely saw a rounder, wider nose.
When I'm not exhausted (it's 12:30am and I just spent over 1 hr deciding/playing with margins/printing a co-worker's goodbye card!), I'll find the mag and scan the photos for you guys. But ya, DEFINITELY nose job.
