you really can't have another nose job in that time frame...revision patients are usually told to wait a year at least

I dunno, she doesn't look that different in all the pics. So maybe she did have a deviated septum?

The procedure for a deviated septum is internal. The procedure is called "septoplasty." The "deviated septum" excuse is lame, and always, always false--when used as the only excuse for a nosejob. If one gets it fixed, it is not noticeable on the outside, unless the patient has also elected to undergo rhinoplasty, and the combined procedure is "septorhinoplasty."
Her new nose is hideous. There was nothing wrong with her nose to begin with.

I think tip no 3 looks better. I guess she had additional minor work done after the first surgery. I've been told that sometimes it is possible to retouch small parts such as the tip, without having a second "full" surgery.
In this case it could be a kind of local micro-refinement/surgery with local anestehsia, if I remeber correctly...

Actually, she has only had a deviated septum corrected - and a deviated septum can look VERY visible. Not always, but it definitely can - check out Jennifer Anistin or Heidi Klum for a celebrity example.
Ashlee hasn't had another nose job, it's just swelling going down. Nose can change YEARS after the surgery (Mine still does) - and I think her result is good.
