The nose does seem narrowly refined along the bridge,
although it's overwhelmed by the other dramatic changes --
the choice in lipstick, a hairstylist who isn't blind and who
knows how to use dye, and a cameraman who can actually
use a flash with restraint, rather than just aiming
the brightest bulb possible at the subject.

^^ Ye I agree. There are so many different dramatic changes but if you look at the bridge of her nose it is definitely slightly thinner. Not a huge change but a massive improvement.

Yeah, that's an obvious nose job, her nose was wide, but what I can't stand is her chin and jaw, I think her chin is to long an pointy and she doesn't have enough of a jaw to even out her face, maybe she should get that done.
