She's on the cover of this month's Allure and in it she mentions how people tell her she must've had a nose job. She says no and claims it was just baby fat that she lost when she got older.
I don't know that I believe her.

Has anyone here ever lost "weigh" in their nose? Just curious.
I think her teeth look different too but it's hard to tell, she doesn't smile much with her teeth showing.

She's definitely had a nose job.
She's not honest about any of her surgeries.
Sienna Miller said she had a boob job and that girl is the brutally honest type.

Her nose looked rather 'Victoria Beckham' in the before photos. I say nose job.

When I see photos of myself or friends when we were younger, you can see that our noses slimmed down with the loss of baby fat, going through puberty, growing into our features, etc. But the noses never completely changed shape, unlike Kate's.

^My nose looks different to how it was when I was younger, but Kates has definitely been slimmed down surgically.

It is the same shape but its much thinner. If you look at high resolution photos its obvious as hell.
